I've realized that if I try to minimize the xmms, only the player window disappears, the playlist and the equalizer window don't... Is this feature only in my system?
I have the same feature. I hear that it can be fixed, but it doesn't bother me. I just put xmms on a different desktop. I'm lazy. On Wed, 2004-05-19 at 07:44, neongod wrote:

Thanks. But does somebody knows how can it be fixed? :) I'm not using often the other desktops, so it's a little bit annoying for me :) On Thursday 20 May 2004 16:28, r schwedler wrote:

Right-click on the xmms button in the tasklist and select "minimize". This minimizes the whole of xmms. You use "unminimize" from the tasklist button to get it back. This works in Gnome - not tried in KDE as I don't use it. No. In KDE it does the same. only the player window goes down. I think this problem is because KDE. Maybe in gnome there are no problems like that... On Thursday 20 May 2004 18:10, John Pettigrew wrote:

I use KDE and everything is minimised. There are no problems at all. (SuSE 9.0, KDE3.2, xmms-1.2.8-61) On Thursday 20 May 2004 22:24, Tibor Endredy wrote:

You're right. I've installed the 1.2.8 from the Suse 9.0 and the minimize works fine with all of the windows. But why don't with 1.2.10? is this a bug of xmms? should I report it? On Friday 21 May 2004 14:36, Tibor Endredy wrote:

not sure what your problem is, I've got 1.2.10 it plays both large ( selctions says doublesized) and minimised.. as it's intended to.. I don't spose it is needed but it's a 9.1 installation of Suse w/ KDE generally and programs cherry picked from both KDE and Gnome... -- j -- nemo me impune lacessit it's just an afterthought; okay ? : grep..grep..grep...
