According to <http://www.linuxprinting.org/show_printer.cgi?recnum=Epson-Stylus_D88> you need to use Gutenprint. That didn't come with your Suse and AFAIK is still not available ready-built. There was a recent thread starting here <http://lists.suse.com/archive/suse-linux-e/2006-Aug/1851.html> about building your own. Maybe somebody knows another way to use the printer, or can help you with the build if necessary. HTH, Dave
