I have done a fresh install of SuSE 7.3, I have installed all updates and patches that YAST2 can find including the YAST ADSL update. But SuSE keeps insisting on starting a T-DSL internet connection. Does anyone know were to go to get SuSE to start a PPPOE ADSL connection? Thanks for your help. Isn't T-DSL actually a PPPOE connection? In rc.config you'll find a couple of different PPPoE choices. Choose one. Which PPPoE client do you want to use? If you are using Roaring penguin then just typing adsl-start from the command line will get you going. Assuming you've set things up. Thats adsl-setup. My firewall is still 7.1 or maybe 7.2 I don't remember. So I don't know if Yast2 has added anything for PPPoE since then. Nick
