Hi SuSE folk, Have a very aggravating issue with kmail. It is probably a "feature" but I don't want it. Running 8.2 with kmail 1.5.1 In the Folder column, of which I have many, a "mouseover" will change the Subject panel to whatever that mouse selection happens to be. Dare not allow the mouse cursor to stray anywhere near that area. I really prefer to locate and then "click" on that folder to open it and not be subject to an errant mouse. Have looked at every conceivable configuration file and cannot find a way to change this behavior. Hope somebody can help! Bob S.

Go to the KDE control center and check under desktop ---> window behavior --> focus Sounds like you got it set to 'focus' on a mouseover. Change it to 'click to focus'
Hope somebody can help!

Thanks for replying Bruce, Nope - tried that already. Double checked that again after your message. This ONLY happens in kmail, and only on the "Folder" list. I would think that this would be some configuration within kmail. Anybody else having this weird problem ??? Bob S.
