If for any reason this file exists /var/lib/scpm/#LOCK, which means that SCPM is locked, and there are no SCPM processes running, and you try to use yast2 profile manager, it shows an empty profile list and says that SCPM is disabled. If you then try to enable it the process freezes. To solve this you only need to delete the lock file and run scpm -s reload. It is an easy solution, but it would be a good idea if the yast2 module check for this situation. Or am I the only one with this problem? Agusti
