Check out cbb. I think it imports Quicken files. Ben Rosenberg wrote:

CBB stands for Check Book Balancer. It is good for that and a bit
more. If you are making Quicken break a sweat, CBB isn't going to
make it. I keep just my checkbook balance with it. My wife keeps the
real set of books in Quicken. Get the latest version of CBB, 0.8.1,
earlier versions have Y2K problems. CBB has problems importing
Quicken 99 .qif files.

I'm trying "emma" at the moment. I can't remember the URL offhand. I found it on www.linuxlinks.com, then went to software->financial. It looks nice. It'd be interesting to see what others think of it. I've been running it under KDE. It wouldn't install using RPM, so I just copied the files across using Midnight Commander (after checking the version of GTK). I'm running 6.2 BTW. I've had excellent results with MoneyDance 2.0, a quicken clone. JLK Ben Rosenberg wrote:

Yup - I got so fed up waiting for GnuCash and even more fed up running MS Money in VMWare, I finally tried Moneydance and it ain't half good. (For non-English, this means "it's really very good indeed" ;-)) Tip: if you run Moneydance with the JRE (Java run-time) that ships with SuSE 6.2 (ummm, 1.7 from memory) then the numeric keypad doesn't work - kinda a shame for a financial program. However load up the full JDK that ships with 6.2 (this uses JRE 1.7v3, again my memory may fail me here) and this has the numeric keypad working fine. Not sure about the JRE in 6.3. Pip Pip.
