If you have an invidia graphics card do the on line update for the kernal after everything else. And as their are a few fixes for bugs in the updates (some of them annoying) do the on line update before anything else. You might get the "grey screen bug" if you don't. I shifted my 9.3 onto a diff machine and reinstalled and did not have any probs when I did things this way. Hope this isn't to late to be useful. Chris :-)

Just doing the update now. The only thing i cannot get is xplanet as I have the cds and not the dvd Sean -- Vote for ME -- I'm well-tapered, half-cocked, ill-conceived and TAX-DEFERRED!
