Changing corporate behavior to favor OSS/Linux
I would like to know how to change corporate policies so that the corporation(s) would look at open source software/Linux first for their IT operations. I vote by proxy.

Just my 2 cents: Corporations listen to arguments about MONEY. Few care about PHILOSOPHY. That said, one needs to present an argument that shows that Linux is cheaper to install, maintain, upgrade, is more reliable and secure and provides more capability for the same cost as the evil alternative. The argument cannot start with "the evil OS must die", the argument must start with "I will save you money". -- Tony Alfrey tonyalfrey@earthlink.net "I'd Rather Be Sailing"
