I've done it this way: I added another entry to lilo.conf ( manually, not in YaST ) so that it says: other=/dev/hda2 ( change this for your config.) label=Solaris Basically, Solaris has it's own loader. This is a crude way of switching to the Solaris loader from lilo, from the lilo command line, and then running it from there. This may not be the best way, but it was late, it was easy, and I'm lazy. After writing this I dug up the faq for Solx86 and it says: add this to /etc/lilo.conf: #solaris other = /dev/whatever /loader = /boot/chain.b label = solaris I haven't tried this, though this is probably The Right Way ... You can try either and see if they work for you I suppose.
