Hi list, I am trying to install a maxstation, from maxspeed, it's a thin client type device. During the install it puts a line in the inittab file: MX::bootwait:/usr/Maxspeed/maxstation/max.boot When I reboot the system after the install, it hangs at: INIT: 2.65f boot I boot off my rescue disk and delete the line out of my inittab everything goes back to work. I then execute the max.boot command after system booting is completed. Everything works correctly. What is the bootwait command doing?? Thanks Lach -- To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e
