I believe you can enable VFAT support in the kernel... that oughta help you. I can see a fat32 partition this way... First you need to create the directory /mnt and then inside /mnt the directory /mnt/dos. once this is done edit the file fstab in /etc to include this line /dev/hda1 /mnt/dos vfat defaults 0 0 Preferably putting that line after the line # End of YaST-generated fstab lines So that yast will ignor it. I hope this sorts out your problem Reagards Owen -- My Email address is permanent@altavista.net My top search engine is <A HREF="http://www.phoaks.com</A">http://www.phoaks.com</A> My web site <A HREF="http://home.clara.net/oms101/</A">http://home.clara.net/oms101/</A> - To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e Check out the SuSE-FAQ at <A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/</A">http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/</A> and the archive at <A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html</A">http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html</A>
Also, If that did not solve the problem, maybe you didn't compile the kernel to support Vfat filesystem. Owen Synge wrote:
