I have SuSe support, they say. I have the CD Case with a few serial numbers. I've tried registering with these serial numbers @ https://portal.suse.com/PM/page/login.pm?dialogId=d-1f813fada6cbd191-00031a8..., but no joy! How can I get phone support or web support I paid for, here in the US? TIA.

On the CD cases, there is a phone number. And an E-Mail address. Is there a problem that you need help with?

It would help if you could tell us if you purchased the support, which should have included all relevant info, or if you are referring to the support that one receives upon purchasing the product. If it's the latter then you might as well ask here, a good number of the regulars are quite experienced and can help you. Please be specific about requests.
