Once unexpected side effect. It created an entirely new login with new home directory for my user on the XP box along with a roaming profile on the server. To my surprise, I had no favorites, my programs were reinitialized, and I email profiles didn't work anymore. Even my My Documents folder was empty. This caused a temporary panic until I saw my old folder was still there, but I didn't have permission to view it. I eventually worked around all this, but anyone experimenting might want to back up the user data and possibly the registry data so you can import it to your new user account. I believe there is a migration tool for this, but for now that's on my todo list.

If you had login as Admin you should of been able to copy all the files. :-( At least it is now working. :-)

I did just that, but it still didn't retain my old registry settings for some reason. My netscape favorites , email accounts and such don't work. John
