For the CD burner you need to have a look at the CD-Writing howto - that should explain it all. For the TV card, you'll need the bttv packages, although unfortunately I've never used one. The video camera is the really dodgy area. If it's a USB one, I'm not sure you have much hope at the moment. If it's a serial or other sort, you may have more luck, but I'm afraid I can't help you with that.
