Package: konqueror Version: KDE 2.1 beta 1 Severity: grave Installed from: SuSE 7.0 RPMs on ftp.kde.org
To reproduce: 1. Navigate to http://dot.kde.org 2. Reply to an existing comment. eg. http://dot.kde.org/977039397/977182504/addPostingForm 3. Hit either Preview or Add 4. The relevant "konqueror --silent" process takes up 100% of CPU and eats up memory until (1) physical memory is full then (2) swap is full (verified by looking at System Guard) 5. Sometimes this results in an XWindows crash which then takes me back to the kdm login window.
I have not yet tried to reproduce this error with Java and Javascript switched off. fixed in CVS after 2.1 beta 1
