[opensuse] Time gets reset to UTC every time I reboot (10.2)
Hi everybody, Any idea why the above would occur? My hardware clock is set to local time (GMT+2 no daylight savings), and then I set both the hardware and system clock to the local time. When I reboot, both have been reset 2 hours back to GMT time. I'm using openSuse 10.2 with KDE and the latest updates loaded. Hi Ken, Thanks for the reply but: I always do this when I install SuSE, so this can not be the problem. I have verified through the command line (hwclock) and Yast that it is set to localtime. I mentioned in my post that it was set to localtime. Marius -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Marius See the thread "Time problems after upgrade to opensuse 10.2" started Dec 20; something in there may resolve your problem.
