[opensuse] Mouse button switch
Hi, I have IBM TP laptop. When I on the road I use trackpoint and left and right buttons asignment is ok. When I am in office I use dock with external keyboard and mouse. I would like to switch left/right buttons on that external mouse. How can I do that? I have tried xmodmap -e "pointer = 3 2 1" But it do nothing... My system is Opensuse 10.3, KDE. I have 3D and XGL working. Audrius -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

From main menu, try Personal Settings --> Peripherals --> Mouse --> Button Order

Hi, :-) that is not working. I can not change button order from KDE and I can not change it via YAST... I think I have to do it in xorg.conf but do not know what to put in it to make it happen... Or I would like to have a nice and simple solution to switch it whenever I want... Solved. I use Evolution because at work we have GroupWise mail system and I like to use Abiword and Gnumeric. So in my system I found gnome-control-center installed! That is what has grabbed control of my mouse! Audrius -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
