Because the patch was for openSUSE 11.4 to 12.3, but not for 13.1. And 13.1 still did not get this patch, so the latest version ist 12.15. Ah, found it on August 12th: openSUSE Security Update: opera was updated to 12.16
Announcement ID: openSUSE-SU-2013:1318-1 Rating: moderate References: #832559
If thats the case why does (on opensuse 13.1) everytime i doa "zypper dup" it wants to downgrade me to opera 12.15.
Because the patch was for openSUSE 11.4 to 12.3, but not for 13.1. And 13.1 still did not get this patch, so the latest version ist 12.15. Maybe Marcus is still reading here and can tell us why :-)
Well, probably we forgot it in the 13.1 release. ;)
I will start an update for 13.1
How is this going?
It was released and you should have it?
Ciao, Marcus Werner Flamme pointed out the error of may ways. Sorry about that. All is okay now.
