Hey everyone. I'm completely stumped on this one. I've recently re-installed SuSE on my laptop. Everything is working well, except my GTK themes now. I've installed Ximian Evolution and associated packages before installing gtk-engines. Now, I have a problem where, once the package gtk-engines is installed, I am unable to use ANY gtk themes (including the "default" theme) at all, unless I'm logged in as root. Whenever I run any gtk based app, I get tons of messages saying that the pixmaps for the theme can't be found. Has anyone run into a similar situation. I'm sure this is some stupid permissions problem, or some config files somewhere that I'm missing, but NO GTK THEME will work for *any* non-root user. The weirdest thing is that the previews show just fine, but I cannot get them to apply. -- Preston Kutzner | IT Manager Important letters which contain no errors will develop errors in the mail.
