[opensuse] OpenSuSE 42.3 with 3 media plus 3 media Addon?

Are the 3 media containing all of SuSE 42.3 so that I never have to connect to internet for installing various repos which are not on the official single DVD? Also the 3 media for the Addon stuff?

Not that I know. There is this for the DVDs: http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/openSUSE-stable/iso/ and then you update the installation.
