Hello all I'm intalling Cable modem internet connection... I was just wondering is there any risk on security even if most port are close.. known services like telnet ftp and finger are stop..since my computer running SuSE 6.4 would be online for long period. And also do any body know a program is linux that is capable of detection for example if I have be scan.. or is some one try to break in.
