Apparently the acpid is receiveing the the power off button signal; as all other signals.
Looks sane. If you're running KDE you're missing an update for KPowersave. I am not sure if the online update is already available. But you can grab the packages at [1]. Thanks Timo. It works, but I think that in the previous version of kpowersave was missing an Events Dialogue that this version exibits. I'm I rigth? Regards, Lívio Cipriano -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Absolutely correct. The GUI bits were missing. There was a way to configure the event mappings by editing configuration files but 0.7.2 brings back the user friendly way of dealing with it :-) Timo -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

It should be ~/.kde/share/config/kpowersaverc . Danny wrote a quite comprehensive tutorial in his blog.
