Hi Jason, I think Chris is giving good advice, namely: use your old external serial modem and if you don't have one they can be found both new and used for a relatively modest price. Also consider joining a Linux Users Group. There is probably one near you. Search on LUG + "your City" using google. This list is also a good source of help. Setting up firewalls, printers and modems are not easy tasks. We are still using our external modem because it make the set-up of our firewall simplier. (We have our firewall running on its own stripped down box.)
