Can anyone tell me which config.inc.php file is used, the one in /etc/phpMyAdmin or the one in /srv/www/htdocs/phpMyAdmin? On 12.3 GM both are the same, no link between them, on 12.2 they are different (parameters). phpMyAdmin work on 12.2 but not 12.3. I can log in as user on 12.3 with no password but not as root. went thru resetting root password on 12.3 and still cannot log in. error says server is configured wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
