no, it works just fine. what did you use to play it? aplay? (I just learned about the latter by reading in conf.modules and am impressed)

I checked the Support DB and found a doc on SuSE 6.3, but nothing on 6.4.

Looking for conflicts: Only far guesses like: cat /proc/interrupts cat /proc/ioports cat /proc/dma cat /dev/sndstat doesn't give someting with alsa ;-( (anything "compatible" anybody??) lspci -v (learned yesterday ;-), should list the devices on the card) I dug a bit in conf.modules but have the feeling that's the wrong place to look for more infos.
