Yes, seems to happen frequently now. Alternatively, you could use "webpin". It is a command line little app, which you can download from the Tools repository. Admins were informed at least by Friday: https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/12698 I was updating several systems last night, and spent far more than typical time waiting on mirror timeouts both while refreshing and downloading updates.
