[opensuse] Firefox SUSE/3.6.6-1.1 - Won't Show Javascript Weather Site
Guys, Here is a strange twist of events. Firefox 3.6.6 on 11.0 will not show my trusty RADAR site, but opera has no problem. That's a FIRST. The site is: http://radar.weather.gov/radar.php?product=N0R&rid=SHV&loop=yes All I get is a big screen showing what looks like a giant '>' (Play Button): (50K) http://www.3111skyline.com/dl/bugs/moz/firefox-nojs-small.jpg I have tried reinstalling the Sun plugin, but it didn't help. What say the experts? Wolfgang, you listening? Also, why have the colors for my editor window changed from an off-white on dark-gray background to red text on baby-blue background? What could cause this? It happened in the latest update to tbird 3.1. Here is what I see now: (22k) http://www.3111skyline.com/dl/bugs/moz/tbirdblues.jpg -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E. Well, It's not javascript, it is the shockwave plugin (.swf) and it isn't doing what it should. Any ideas? -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E. I'll try, But I've clicked all over the thing and I don't get any options except "play", "properties", etc.. I've clicked play and the arrow goes away, but nothing happens. In Opera, it just plays automatically, the same way it used to in firefox... -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E.
