Where do I create a bugzilla feature request?
In order to allow a virtual machine guest exclusive access to a device (e.g. a GPU card), there is a long, involved process for configuring the system to exempt it from being connected to the kernel. I would like to create a feature request for something like a YaST module to do this, but what part of the system would it belong to? Two possibilities come to mind: YaST Boot Loader Which of these would be the right place to make the request? YaST, but I'd first post on yast-devel@opensuse.org to see what kind of feedback you get. Same for anything to do with YaST behavior observed or wished for, as opposed to YaST usage. -- Evolution as taught in public schools is, like religion, based on faith, not based on science. For Yast feature requets the yast github is probably the best place https://github.com/yast/yast-yast2 I guess, as a project we decided not to provide a place for features requests in openSUSE because generally whenever people created them they were ignored and almost always they would have been better off being requested to the upstream project. -- Simon Lees (Simotek) http://simotek.net Emergency Update Team keybase.io/simotek SUSE Linux Adelaide Australia, UTC+10:30 GPG Fingerprint: 5B87 DB9D 88DC F606 E489 CEC5 0922 C246 02F0 014B
