Hugo, This should work if what you deleted was essentially your trash desktop icon. Just create a file named trash.desktop in your /home/hugo/Desktop folder that contains: [Desktop Entry] Comment=Contains removed files EmptyIcon=trashcan_empty Encoding=UTF-8 Icon=trashcan_full Name=Trash OnlyShowIn=KDE Type=Link URL=trash:/ NOTE - this is from KDE3.5, so someone else will have to scream if this won't work in kde4. -- David C.
