[opensuse] Suspend/hibernate on T41 w/ 11.2
Any advice for suspend and hibernate in an IBM Thinkpad T41 in OpenSuSE 11.2? I'm using pm-suspend and pm-hibernate, but they aren't reliable. Sometimes it hangs on resume with the shift LED blink and the screen dark. TIA, Jeffrey -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

I have found that, on my desktop machine, switching to a text console before hibernating is safer. I have modified a script to make that automatic. No cute graphical suspend display, either. - -- Cheers, Carlos E.
