Re: [S.u.S.E. Linux] httpd problems
None, but -obviously- httpd needs System-V IPC calls, which is an option in the kernel: take a look at "General setup": System V IPC and activate it... That's all !! -----Original Message----- From: K.Y.Lo <K.Y.Lo@soton.ac.uk> To: suse <suse-linux-e@suse.com> Date: Thursday, March 12, 1998 3:25 PM Subject: [S.u.S.E. Linux] httpd problems
Hi
I have the 2.0.33 version of kernel and suse 5.1 linux. I build the Web server on the internet. I compiled the kernel updated with support httpd and ethernet. It was restart the machine to boot then Linux loading. It says :-
httpd: Your kernel was built without CONFIG_SYSVIPC httpd: please consult the Apache FAQ for details shmget: Function not implemented httpd: Could not call shmget
What's the problem with httpd and kernel 2.0.33?
Thank you
