Hello: KDE3 print manager had a very nice feature: print preview. When I printed plain text files from kwrite or krusader it offered a preview option of what would be printed. In KDE3 there was a tick-box in the print dialogue itself for Print Preview which was not very discoverable by less experienced users. This was removed in KDE4 and replaced with a separate menu item for Print Preview in the File menu. All apps with a Print menu item should have received a Print Preview item, if I missed any please file a bug at bugs.kde.org.
