Hi everyone. I'm wondering about the ATI Radeon 7500LE 64MB DDR performance on my pIII-800EB with 256Mb RAM. DRI enabled. 32bpp. Driver used is the "radeon" from SuSE's XFree86 4.3 Section "Device" BoardName "RV200 QW" BusID "1:0:0" Driver "radeon" Identifier "Device[0]" Screen 0 Option "Rotate" "off" Option "DDCMode" "on" Option "AGPMode" "4" Option "AGPFastWrite" "on" Option "EnablePageFlip" "on" VendorName "ATI" EndSection The glxgears shows the following output 3447 frames in 5.0 seconds = 689.400 FPS 3763 frames in 5.0 seconds = 752.600 FPS 3764 frames in 5.0 seconds = 752.800 FPS 3765 frames in 5.0 seconds = 753.000 FPS I think that's much slower than the real hardware capabilities. Or this is normal? If someone owns this card (7500, 7500LE), could you tell what glxgears says? Greetings, Alex.

What brand card is it? I'm getting about 1000fps on a Radeon 7500 128MB DDR, AthlonXP 1500+ with 256MB RAM. With hardware 3d disabled, I get around either 200 or 400 (can't remember, I'm at work now), so yours look fine. I have a PowerColor card though - cheap&nasty. I hear the guys with built-by-ATi cards and Gigabyte cards too get much better.
