Now I recompiled LPRNG and the problem persists. It makes me wonder it is a apsfilter problem maybe.

I got a problem with a printer which worked fine under suse 7.2. I got trouble now under suse 7.3.
I use lprng package from suse and my own compiled samba always. Never had problem doing it this way.
I set up the printer via yast1 and yast2 and it prints fine from the Linux server. I used both 300dpi and 600dpi. Set up either way I can't print via samba.
It spits out for printer ZEUS on my pages whenever I try to print from windows:
^[%-12345X@PJL COMMENT ZEUS Driver @PJL COMMENT 1.20.0.0 @PJL SET RET=MEDIUM @PJL SET PAGEPROTECT=AUTO . . . BLAH BLAH
I never had this problem before. Here is my smb.conf
