This is StarOffice all over again. I installed it, and it asked me to set up an address book. It suggested LDAP. Well, I always wanted to get OpenLDAP up running. I was able to set up the LDAP server in about half an hour. I then returned to OpenOffice and attempted to get it to use the LDAP server. Here is a description of what I did, and the general questions I have about the setup: http://baldur.globalsymmetry.com/open-source/org/openoffice/ldap-config/ The last question is implicit. Why am I getting the error? "The connection to the external data source could not be established. No SDBC driver was found for the given URL." Anybody?
