Technically it is possible - I've done it as a test - but it may be impractical. I assume you can't just connect as if it were a local share; so you have to persuade the owner of the SuSE box to let you connect over the net. If I were the owner of the box I wouln't do it because it increases security risks. The alternative, VPN, is harder. I would suggest you consider winSCP, which should give you nearly the same functionality relatively securely over the internet. You can download it free. JDL
