Hi All, well, having FINALLY purchased a larger HDD & a "Symphony Laboratories - Symphony PCI IDE Controller" I was warmed up to @ least UDMA 33. But high hopes came down fast.... I know they are not in the HWCL, but has anyone got this thing to go @ speed? It does go slow, viz PIO mode 0.... Yuk. It is the same story in Crash98 too, slow.... Dang, did my cheap "Storage/IDE Controller" shortcut leave me in the "PIO mode 0 desert?"
