Firefox 1.5 Beta and Flash
For those who have been dealing with Flash objects showing through tabs with Firefox 1.06, the Firefox 1.5 Beta 1 still does this irritating behavior. If you were planning on trying it in the hopes that this would be fixed, it hasn't been. Yet. If you want it anyways, get it from http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firefox/ James W

It's a tar.gz file, and you do not need to install it. Decompress it, go into the folder and click on firefox. It will run from there, no need for rpm or installer. James W

If there was an rpm, it wouldn't make life any easier than the tar.gz. If you don't need the extensions, it's worth a try, otherwise stick with 1.0.6. Regards Sid. -- Sid Boyce ...
