[SLE] Agetty and Auto-disconnect on logout
Hi, I'm using SuSE 6.3 and agetty on ttyS0. When I log out of the system I would like the connection to automatically close as well. How can I achieve this please? Also, I have needed to change inittab a few times and have always rebooted, is there a way to initialize inittab without rebooting the system please? Thanks for any help.. Hmm, not sure what you are talking about here. What kind of connection are you talking about?

Jeez, this is not windows :) To make init reload the inittab, send him a HUP signal: killall -HUP init Bye, LenZ -- ------------------------------------------------------------------ Lenz Grimmer SuSE GmbH mailto:grimmer@suse.de Schanzaeckerstr. 10 http://www.suse.de/~grimmer 90443 Nuernberg, Germany -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
