I also tried to call the US-number (from Belgium)... simply because it's the only one listed at the SuSE site... http://www.suse.com/us/support/isupport/index.html

It's the only on the _US_ site. There's a button on each of our webpages, upper right corner, that should be impossible to miss... (and you don't even need javascript)

SuSE support is alive and well also in the US, although the times for i-support are limited there right now. Some postings with more complicated questions are left longer, sometimes way too long. I just looked and there are currently only 39 messages in the english-language isupport queue left.
