Huh? Where do you call from? If you are in the US, it is not an abroad call. Hello LenZ,
I'm am calling from the Netherlands (.nl)
So why are you calling our _US_ office???

Also questions on the current status remain unanswered. Someone circumvented this by calling in. Aparantly it was a local call for him. But I explained that I don't really want to make expensive abroad phone calls from .nl to .usa or .de. So I am not calling US office at all. You must have misinterpreted the posting snippets. Anyway, maybe you can tell me if SuSE support is still alive? It seems *very* quit over there. I also tried to call the US-number (from Belgium)... simply because it's the only one listed at the SuSE site... http://www.suse.com/us/support/isupport/index.html

It's the only on the _US_ site. There's a button on each of our webpages, upper right corner, that should be impossible to miss... (and you don't even need javascript)

SuSE support is alive and well also in the US, although the times for i-support are limited there right now. Some postings with more complicated questions are left longer, sometimes way too long. I just looked and there are currently only 39 messages in the english-language isupport queue left.
