Spamassassin configuration in kmail consists mainly of 4 filters in Settings/Configure Filters. Removing them and the toolbar icons for spam should remove spamassassin configuration in kmail.

Thanks, had just found that, renamed it and it created a new one, hopefully that will fix the rest of my problems for now. Next a new cpu (amd x2), a new drive, and 11.3.
