[opensuse] minimized applications disappear under Gnome
Hi all, Trying to run Gnome on an OpenSuSE 11.1 64-bit box. All works well except for the fact that once you minimize something, it disappears - i.e., no icon appears on the panel and hence you can not go back to the applicatoion you've minimized (though the process continues running). Has anybody run into this issue? How do you fix this? Thanks. Boris. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Hi again, OK, I figured this one out. You need to add the applet named "Window List" to the main panel. For some reason, I didn't have it there... To do that, right-click on the panel, select "Add To Panel", then add "Window List".
