Was doing a new install of 6.3 last night and ran out of room on the OPT partition in the middle of the install. I need to go back tonight and re-size that partition. I guess that Partition Magic is the easiest way to do that. Question: Is Partition Magic non-destructive to Linux files when partitions are re-sized, similar to the way it handles DOS and Windows files? (I'm using Partition Magic 3.0.) You'll need at least Partition Magic 4.0 in order to resize partitions. And
yes, it does nondestructive resizing (implying that you can't shrink a
partition to more then the space occupied by data).
