Evolution 1.0.7 with SSL
Hello, you lovely people! Well, a lot (and I mean a *LOT*) of people asked for SSL support in the Evolution builds, so I've redone the 1.0.7 packages, and they now include SSL. posible cause #2 states umber '1' on your keyboard.) You should get a directory as a result. You'll want to make sure Evolution's .oaf files are in that directory and you can read them. ben what is your output for landie@pepino:~ > ps aux | grep -i oaf landie 3296 0.1 1.6 3348 2084 ? S 17:07 0:00 oafd --ac-activate --ior-output-fd=9 landie 3406 0.0 0.4 1536 580 pts/2 S 17:11 0:00 grep -i oaf
I just got it fixed long enough to get my data out of it. I haven't fired it up since...and I don't plan to go back to it. I've transfered all my PIM data to JPilot which is all I was using Evolution for anyway. That points to a missing dependency in case it would resolv the problem. -- Richard Bos Without a home the journey is endless
I think this is because in the SuSE packages of Mozilla 1.0 (which I guess you've got installed, yes?) the location of the libraries has changed... Try closing Evolution, running oaf-slay then add /opt/mozilla/lib to /etc/ld.so.conf and run ldconfig That's sort of a guess - I know that that error can be related to libnss and libnspr, but I've not been able to replicate it (but I've made said changed to ld.so.conf)
