I have update my kernel from 2.2.13 to 2.2.16. When I boot the system from the floppy, I see an error: i4l_hardware not loaded. So I start yast -> ... -> ISDN and when I test I find this message error:
Loading ISDN drivers... Loading HiSax driver... Modprobe: can't locate module hisax
Initialization of HiSax failed! ... But, if I use 2.2.13 version, all things are right! What is the problem? Any idea?
Have you tried recompiling your kernel to include the HiSax module, or at least checked your kernel .config to see if has already been compiled with that module (in which case your problem lies elsewhere)?
