I have a bran new ASUS CUSL2 motherboard but almost nothing on the PCI slots works. I have the Matrox OK but no SB live and no network. Yast2 finds both netcard and SB but it fails to start them. It seems that it auto assigns values to the PCI cards. When looking into the win prop I see that for ex the matrox and the soundblaster share the same IRQ. Any ideas? Offhand, make sure that the BIOS has "PNP OS" set to "off". The BIOS will set the PCI cards and the OS (either Windows or Linux) has to accept that configuration. Christopher Reimer On Mon, 16 Oct 2000, athanassios dimakarakos wrote:

Thank you all for the response. After setting the PNPOS off everything worked ok. No problem what so ever. TomGR "Christopher D. Reimer" wrote:

The one in my office works. All except the CL Live (I use Vibra128 PCI instead), with TNT2 (16mb) and Intel 10/100 PCI ethernet card. Only problem is non seems to have ATA-100 work, it only run on 33? Dennis @Singapore
