Has anyone successfully got devfs working under Suse linux ? It doesnt like blog, and the Alsa modules throw wobblies.

I don't know what 'blog' is, but I used it with 2.4.2 hand-rolled with the Alsa modules for SBLive compat. No problems other than the ones which (at least then) haunt devfs itself (screwing up sound apps by whacking permissions on /dev/audio -> wherever, in my case). Doesn't really seem that interesting for the workstation case yet, where you aren't concerned about managing silly numbers of devices.
