Hello, I've done this a dozen times, now I'm having a problem. Right click on desktop (KDE) --> NEW-->Application -->put in name for link--> choose icon --> type in path ( or browse for path) --> OK. Icon appears,etc. everything looks and has gone as normal, but will not execute. Get error message instead of the program being started. This is to be a link on my desktop to a VMware linux configuration. It's always worked before, and I have a link to my Win98 Vmware .cfg that works fine. I'm stumped Thanks for any help or ideas.
