Playing with creating a sendmail.conf from linux.mc manually the
following lines appeared in sendmail.cf.
# place to which unknown users should be forwarded
Kuser user -m -a<>
DLlocal:postmaster
You should just be able to replace postmaster with the user you want
to receive the mail...
